The Second National Abadiran Exhibition, focused on technology-driven solutions for national development and innovation, will be held from June 11–14, 2024, at Imam Khomeini Mosalla in Tehran.
According to Arad Expo (the organizer of the Second National Abadiran Exhibition), citing the Communications and Information Center of the Vice Presidency for Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, the second edition of the Abadiran Exhibition will be held with the cooperation and participation of the Vice Presidency for Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, the Mostazafan Foundation of the Islamic Revolution, the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee, the Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order (EIKO), the Basij Construction Organization, and other organizations responsible for national development and technological advancement. The exhibition will focus on the sectors of housing and rural development infrastructure, agriculture, livestock and fisheries, health, hygiene and rehabilitation, job creation, and educational and soft technologies. It aims to introduce the capabilities of knowledge-based, creative, and technology companies, as well as the abilities of researchers and experts, to address the challenges of less-developed regions, create sustainable employment opportunities, and expand the market for the products and services of these companies through completing the value chain of local capacities in underprivileged areas of the country.
Identifying the needs of organizations responsible for national development and progress, identifying the local capacities of less-developed regions, and completing a database of products related to development and technological advancement are among the new approaches adopted for the second edition of the National Abadiran Program Exhibition.
In its second edition, Abadiran, alongside knowledge-based companies presenting their products, has also adopted a demand-oriented approach. Therefore, the second National Abadiran Program Exhibition is focused on addressing the country’s technological needs and solving real-world challenges.
During its first edition, the Abadiran Exhibition hosted more than 300 knowledge-based, technology, and creative companies, as well as 28 major organizations responsible for development and progress. Through their active participation, these organizations used the exhibition as an opportunity to introduce the challenges and needs of less-developed regions and to become familiar with the capabilities of knowledge-based companies in addressing those needs and challenges.
